League Semi Finals

The league semi finals were played at Aberdeen BC this afternoon and the results were:

Woodend 1 – 15 v Cults 1 – 13
Newhills 2 – 20 v Whitehall 5

Congratulations to the winners and well done to the other section winners on reaching this stage of the 2024 league. It was a fine morning however, by the time we were on the green there were black clouds overhead & light rain although it did dry up and the sun was trying to peep through the clouds. Our thanks to Karen Cable & the ladies for providing teas & home bakes during and after the games and finally thanks to umpire Lorraine Grant who was called upon several times.

The final will be played at Woodend BC next Tuesday 20th August, good luck all.
